Good to know

How do payments work?

Projects are paid in three steps: 50% to start, 30% when you approve the design, and 20% before launch. We accept Mobile Money and bank transfer. Monthly plans are billed monthly, or quarterly/yearly with a 10% discount.

Who owns the website, code and accounts?

You do. Your domain, hosting, social and app-store accounts are registered in your organisation's name, and you receive the code and design files once the project is paid.

What happens after launch?

Every new build includes three months of the Essential care plan: hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and an hour of changes each month. After that you can continue month to month, upgrade, or cancel with 30 days' notice.

What if I need something that isn't in a package?

We'll write it into the scope and quote it before any work starts. Changes requested during a project are quoted as change requests — never added to your bill without agreement.

Do you work with clients outside Rwanda?

Yes. Diaspora and international clients are quoted in USD and we work remotely by video call and WhatsApp.
